New Build in Antigua

A five bedroomed house on the windward side of the Antigua overlooking the sea. The house traverses the slope, with the hallway leading to primary living spaces which all have a view of the sea to the east. These spaces also have a view to the west over the terrace and pool areas, which are sheltered from the prevailing winds. The building is broken down into three blocks, with links over water connecting each to create the feeling of bridges. The glazing on the links can be opened up on both sides, allowing the winds from the east to funnel through the gaps between the blocks to cool the house and the terraces and pool on the west side of the house.
